“Dream Spirit” means Dream Spirit Travels, a company incorporated in Pakistan.
Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dream Spirit.
- Dream Spirit reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
- The Customer is responsible for providing Dream Spirit with accurate and complete information when booking travel services.
Payment
- The Customer is responsible for making full payment for all travel services at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or wire transfer.
- If the Customer fails to make full payment for the travel services, Dream Spirit may cancel the booking.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing to Dream Spirit.
- There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the travel services for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the trip.
- The cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the travel services for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the start of the trip.
- There is no refund for cancellations made after the start of the trip.
Changes
- Changes to travel arrangements must be made in writing to Dream Spirit.
- Dream Spirit may charge a change fee for changes to travel arrangements.
- The amount of the change fee will depend on the nature of the change and the time of the change.
Itinerary
- The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, mechanical problems, or political unrest.
- Dream Spirit will make every effort to adhere to the itinerary, but it cannot guarantee that the itinerary will not change.
Liability
- Dream Spirit is not liable for any loss or damage to the Customer’s property, whether caused by the negligence of Dream Spirit or otherwise.
- Dream Spirit is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather, mechanical problems, or political unrest.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
Entire Agreement
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Dream Spirit with respect to the travel services.
- There are no other representations or warranties, express or implied, made by Dream Spirit with respect to the travel services.
